Returns & Exchanges 
Effective Date: October 28, 2025
At Wear His Truth LLC, each item is printed specifically for you. Because our products are made-to-order, returns and exchanges are limited to situations where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
1. ELIGIBLE RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We gladly replace items that arrive:
- Defective, damaged, or misprinted
- Incorrect size, color, or product (if the mistake was ours or our fulfillment partner’s)
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue so we can process your replacement quickly.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Because items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered (please consult our Size Guide before purchasing)
- Buyer’s remorse or change of preference
- Sale or promotional items
- Items purchased from marketplaces or retailers other than our official website
If you’re unsure about sizing or product details, contact us before ordering — we’re always happy to help.
3. HOW TO START A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
Email support@wearhistruth.com and include the following:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the problem (if applicable)
We typically respond within 2–3 business days with instructions on next steps.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
If your item qualifies for a replacement due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we will cover the cost of return shipping or, in many cases, send a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned.
For non-eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
