SHIPPING POLICY

Each item is printed and fulfilled to order to ensure the highest quality. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and carrier conditions.
1. PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 3–7 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may increase slightly.
Orders begin production only after payment is successfully completed.
2. SHIPPING METHODS
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–5 business days after fulfillment.
- Expedited Shipping: Options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
3. DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
- Email support@wearhistruth.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
- Include your order number and any available tracking information.
- We will work with the carrier and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please verify your information carefully before submitting your order.
4. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to modify it.
5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we ship only within the United States. We may expand to international shipping in the future.
6. HOLIDAY & PEAK SEASON NOTICE
During holidays and peak demand periods, shipping carriers often experience delays. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive during these seasons.
